hi
I want to add to my infographic blogpost (https://serenademaio.com/2016/12/04/quiz-booty-call-true-love/ )an area allowing people to copy paste the code in order to embed my infographic in their websites.
I’ve used this but it doesn’t show up in the live page.
<textarea>
<p>[QUIZ] Booty Call or True Love? – An infographic by the team at Knowing if your clients are really into your business will reveal how you can increase your sales and bring your business to the next level.</p></textarea>
What is strange is that when i use the code in the backend, in the text field, then in the visual editor i can see the embed code. But then when i update and view the page live, it doesn’t show up.
thx

actually now it works, but i have noticed that the brackets are different from the backend.
The end code in the code are in the post is as follows – you see strange ” ” ?
</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />

Hello,
What are you using to generate the code? Just remove any quotes from the attribute values. When pasted the infographic in a text box, it will automatically set the right quotes.
Best regards!

hi
i removed all brackets, but when the page goes live, somehow all sort of brackets are added and the code is not working for embedding anymore
pls have a look?

Hi
I’ve updated my profile with the latest password.I’m not using a plugin – I just copied bits and pieces of code.
When i paste the code in a new post, it does work in embedding the infographic.
The issue is when I create the text box in the backend of the infographic post – when it goes live, it adds strange brackets even when I didn’t put any brackets as you suggested. -
Hello,
I see the code is indeed without quotes and it’s displaying well in my test site. See screenshots:
