Hi,
I’m selling variable products on my store, and I just installed a variation product swatches plugin.
The problem is that when I click on a swatch, the content of the page is fading out (disappearing). I thought the plugin had a problem so I asked the authors. They told me to try with another theme, which I did, and it works perfectly, the issue is gone.
Could you have a look and tell me if you have an idea why this is occurring, and how to stop it ?
The page with the issue is this one.
see screenshot of the swatches. When I click on one of the buttons, the whole page fades out. Thanks a lot in advance.

And also : on mobile, the title of the page is not responsive : screenshot
I tried to adjust the header height in the page settings, but it doesn’t react.
My site is almost done, already online, and soon the e-store will be. We love your theme, there’re just a few details to fix.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Best regards !

Hello,
1-Please add this code into your custom css box in General Options:
.viewport.animsition.fade-out { animation: none !important; }
2-Add this code for the page header in mobile, in the custom css box as well:
@media (max-width: 480px){ .header_page { height: 144px !important; margin-top: -25px !important; }}
Change the values to your wish.
Let us know if you need further help.Best regards!

Hello,
Thanks for your quick answer :)
The 2nd issue is solved, it works perfect.
But for the 1st issue, it’s more complicated.
The CSS I added make the swatches work, but … all the links on my site won’t work anymore (even those from the menu)…Best regards,
Isabelle

Hello,
The code for the swatches, does not affect the links. First of all, there are no link css classes in the custom code, and second, the animation is an attribute that does not change the link behavior.
I suggest you deactivate all third party plugins and try again. Something else may be conflicting with them.

Hello,
Sorry, but when I remove the custom css code, it works again, so why would there be a conflict with something else ?
And indeed, when I point the mouse on the links, I can tell they are functional (I see at the button of my screen to where it points) but when I click on the button, the next page doesn’t upload…
Isn’t there another solution than this css code to avoid the fading out of the page ?
I’m sorry to insist, but we don’t want to change the theme and we need the plugin (and it works with other themes), I hope we can find a solution together.
Thanks in advance,
Best regards !

Hello,
Please see screenshot: https://pho.to/AkC9N
The “fade out” class is what fades the content away. If i remove it, the content is back. That’s what the custom code does, it removes this class’s animation effect. Please know that normally we do not offer support on third party plugins. However, if you send us some valid wop credentials in a private reply, we can give this a closer look.
Regards!

Hello,
I removed the page transition in General Options (set it off) and now you can select the options and still have the links functioning.
Please check your product page.
Sorry but you can not have both the transition and the woocommerce add-on since there clearly is a conflict.Best regards!

Hi Mihaila,
Thank you very much for finding where the conflict was located ! It’s great. :)
(the transitions were nice but we can do without)
I’ll put our shop online very soon now.
I really appreciate your help all along this site development !
Best regards,
isabelle
