Hi, I’ve been having a lot of trouble getting header images to show not only on my Shop but also on other pages in my site. Fortunately codeless slider works on every page but not on our Shop page. This is a screenshot from your demo site of what I want and how I want it to look but this is a screenshot of how it shows up on my page: http://www.perfectstance.us I hope to hear from you soon!

Hello,
Did you set up page header in page’s General Settings > Page Header Options? If yes and still you do not get header to show, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.
Best regards!

Hello,
I activated Woocommerce for display purpose, you can deactivate it after reading my reply. First you had not assign a page header centered and a image background for it in Theme Options > Header Options > Default Page Header > Page header Style and Page header background. Then in Shop page the “Active Page Header” was not set ON. So the page did not display it.
I already changed these options and now the page header is shown(shop page).
Let us know if you need further support.Best regards!

Thank you that helped me out so much. I have a few more small issues.
1. after our update there are now gaps on our page under ‘recent portfolio’ templates and the font in the elements below is now misaligned. here is a Screenshot of one of them. They are in my homepage and contact page.
2. Our cart page is a little off. Although it is working properly I’d like it to look like the demo here is a Screenshot of what I am talking about. it is a comparison between your demo cart and how our cart. I temporarily turned off woocommerce again just incase you log in and don’t see it.
3. when people try to contact us using contact form 7 it says “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method” any suggestions you can give me to solve this issue?
thank you again.

Hello,
1-To remove the gap under recent portfolio items, i added this code into your custom css box:
.wpb_content_element{ margin-bottom: 0 !important; }
2-The version of WooCommerce in the demo is an old one. In the latest releases WooCommerce have changed it’s layout. If you want to change it like the demo, then you edit it’s css.
3-Can you send / receive emails from your hosting server? This is usually a server issue. Please contact your host and make sure you can send/receive emails.
I added this code:div.wpcf7-mail-sent-ng { height: 30px; margin-bottom: -35px; margin-top: 597px; } div.wpcf7-validation-errors { height: 30px; margin-bottom: -35px; margin-top: 624px; }
For the validations messages border.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hello,
1-I added this code into your custom css box:
@media (max-width: 480px){ .recent_portfolio .four-cols .portfolio-item:nth-last-child(1){ margin-bottom: -40px !important;} }
It’s fixed in mobile now. Please check your site.
2-This style is removed in later versions. If you want to add it, go to file \woocommerce\content-product.php and find these lines:
<?php do_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item' ); ?> <a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"> <?php /** * woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title hook
Replace with these:
<?php do_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item' ); ?> <div class="image_wrap"> <a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><span class="overlay"></span> <?php /** * woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title hook
Save file.
Best regards!
