We have used your theme to build our site – all was fine until we tried to add more sub/sub pages, then the theme first of all reverted to basic theme menu and did not show our site menu. The box to check at the bottom of the menu to make our menu the main navigation menu would be checked, then we save and look at the front end and the menu is not showing. We check again in the backend and the box is now unchecked. The menu has also now deleted some of the pages we had added and when saved again (after re-checking the box) the menu show, but it does not allow us to add any more pages! If we do, the same thing happens – the menu will not save and jumps back to the theme default menu.
It seems like there is a bug in they menu that only allows a limited number of menu / submenu items. This needs to be resolved immediately as this theme will not work for us, making this entire theme build useless!!
site is http://www.visitcaymanmagazine.com
Email me for the login access to this site — this is a live site and this bug needs resolving immediately please!
Thx Ken

Hello,
The menu supports up to five levels of submenus. How many sub-levels were you trying to have? We can suggest you using a mega-menu as it will be more user-friendly.
As for the number of pages in menu, there is no issue with that. Maybe you should check your servers configuration or memory limit. You may not have enough memory capacity for your site to not be able to handle all the theme’s data and that can cause memory exhaustion.
I should notify you that this is an issue that does not happen on our side, so we need to identify the causes in your side.
Please increase your memory limit, execution time limit and disable all third party plugins. Try again. If the issue persist, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look. Please read more on our support policy and working hours, here.
Best regards!
