Hello,
I would like to use the “Service Media” option you have included in your template, but when I add an image I find that it resizes and makes the image blurry when it displays. I tried several sizes, but the results was the same (I do not see a way to choose a display size inside the element).
So to get around this, I decided to just upload an image, but cannot find the functionality when I go to add an element! I can add an image gallery, but there is not an option to add a simple image.
Please help me to correct both issues if possible.
Thanks,
Jessica

Hello,
Another element you can use to add a single media is the “Media” element(screenshot).
As for the services media, you need to upload a much bigger image in order for it to display properly. What resolution did you try already?
Let us know.Best regards!

Hello Support,
Please see the attached screenshot, the images of the guy with a hand on his head is the same in both sections (the first is using the image gallery, which I am not happy with, but the image is clear), but the Service Media section distorts the image. Why is that? Why can I not specify the size of the image in the Service Media section?

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
The Service Media is a Visual Composer element and is build this way. Not all elements have the option to edit the featured image.
You can change it’s height to fit your image using custom css. The image height is a variable of the width of the element. If you send us a link we can give it a closer look.Best regards!
