1) Why does it take 3 days to get a response ?
2) Why don’t you answer e-mail or support question.
3) If you feel as you don’t want to give customers support then give them a refund.
4) When you do respond to the question and we respond back with that doesn’t work or that did not fixed the problem. why don’t you follow the events from begging to end.
I Paid for your theme and your not giving me support or the help I need. How would you feel if you bought something with support and you get the run around ! people depend on there website and it feels like you don’t care at all.

We are sorry if you felt like you were not getting support fast enough. We are present and reply to tickets Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM-17:00PM (UTC +1).
Please consider timezone differences (and weekends) while waiting from a reply. We are located in Albania, Europe and based on your ip location it seems like you are located in New York (USA). There are time differences that we can not do much about.We reply to tickets according to their arrival time. The oldest first. So if you reply back to your own ticket before we do, then it will move up in line. So our reply will delay as well.
We totally understand the importance of your work. All of our customers are of the same importance and urgency.
I checked, you have only two tickets opened here. One is the current and the other has been replied to (screenshot).Please use the forum to post your questions. This is our primary support platform. There are other team members taking care of the emails.
