About 50% of the time the styling does not load properly and the entire site is Left Justified.Even items like the footer that should be multi column are forced into 1 left hand column. See pic.
Theme Version 1.9 (though there is an old 1.8.2 version that is inactive but I can’t delete because it throws an error saying theme not found)
There is no custom styling we added. Behavior happens on mobile or desktop and on every page. It happens in every browser. There are no errors in the console.
It happens even on the theme demo pages with no changes to them.
It looks like some of the responsive styling from the bootstrap is not loading sometimes?
I’ve tried removing elements and content, testing demo pages, restoring defaults- nothing seems to stop this behavior. My last resort is to erase the theme and re-install it but I do not want to lose all the work to this point.
Please help.

Update: Comparing the source of the page when rendered properly vs improperly shows the following differences. Most seem to revolve around the pagespeed tool which is img resizing? It Changes the URLs (these are just a few examples)
Properly loading page on top.
<link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’dashicons-css’ href=’https://35.164.168.221/wp-includes/css/dashicons.min.css,qver=4.7.2.pagespeed.ce.zzwOjyb-IC.css’ type=’text/css’ media=’all’/><link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’dashicons-css’ href=’https://35.164.168.221/wp-includes/css/dashicons.min.css?ver=4.7.2′ type=’text/css’ media=’all’/>

Also, and maybe this is more critical, some of the div ID’s are inexplicably different. Below is an example of the exact same element in both states. Not sure how those ID’s get generated.
Working- <div id=”fws_589cd60eee142″ class=”wpb_row vc_row-fluid animate_onoffset row-dynamic-el full-width-content section-style ” style=”background-color: #be1e2d; “><div style=”position: absolute;top: 0;”></div><div class=”col span_12 dark”>
Non-Working- <div id=”fws_589cd7a69dab3″ class=”wpb_row vc_row-fluid animate_onoffset row-dynamic-el full-width-content section-style ” style=”background-color: #be1e2d; “><div style=”position: absolute;top: 0;”></div><div class=”col span_12 dark”>

Hello,
The row id’s are generated from a js script. It is not the reason for the layout issue. Knowing that your site’s does load regular at times, means that the theme has no issue. If it would have been a theme issue, the error would be present the entire time.
I suggest you check that all theme files are being accessed (loaded) at the right time. You could install a cache plugin or use CDN to make your site faster in loading files.
Read this article for more: https://codeless.co/how-i-increased-more-than-70-the-speed-of-my-website/Let us know if the issue persists.
Best regards!
