Hello,
I’m having an issue with my website videos. I have two Youtube videos added on my home page, centered in full width containers. They look great and work well on the majority of screen sizes, but on tablets and mobile, they’re not visible at all. They’re simply thin, horizontal lines.
[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="321"] mobile view of home page – black line is supposed to be the video[/caption]
These videos did work on mobile devices, but after the latest theme update, this issue appeared. The site is daniel-lona.com. I would appreciate any advice you could give!

Also, for some reason it shows above that my support has expired – I just renewed this a few moments ago, so perhaps it hasn’t caught up?

Hello,
Please make sure you have set a height to the slider first. Go to the page’s General Settings > Sliders Options > Slider height.
Let us know if the issue persists after it.Best regards!

I appreciate your help!
So they’re actually not in a slider – they’re simply Youtube videos added to a Media block, with a height specified.

Hello,
This happened because you had checked the options to hide column in responsive. See screenshot: https://pho.to/Ajtge
I unchecked them and added this code into your custom css box, to fix the width of the video in mobile portrait and landscape:@media(max-width: 480px){ .video_embeded { width: 350px !important; left: 3% !important; margin-left: 0px !important; }} @media(min-width: 767px) and (max-width: 979px){ .video_embeded { width: 600px !important; left: 5% !important; margin-left: 0px !important; }}

Please clear cache and refresh page. Let us know.Best regards!
