Hello,
Yesterday morning I installed the Specular theme on a client’s WordPress website, and in the afternoon I updated the Envato WordPress Toolkit Master plugin that came with it, as it said that an update was available. While updating, however, I immediately noticed that I could no longer access the plugin page in WordPress panel. A conflict might have arisen because I was installing Jetpack at the same time – though I’ve never experienced a similar event. As I was trying to access the dashboard today, I noticed that even the main dashboard is no longer accessible!
What am I to do now? Delete the Envato Toolkit plugin, and then manually reinstall it? This is a somewhat urgent issue, so I really hope to find a solution ASAP. I would really appreciate your help!
Thank you.

Edit: the website itself is accessible, it’s really just the WordPress admin panel.

OK I’ve just deleted Envato’s Toolkit and then reinstalled it. Same problem with the admin panel. Then I started suspecting Jetpack! So I deleted Jetpack, and guess what happened… The Envato plugin has definitely not caused the issue – Jetpack was to blame! The admin panel is now doing fine and if any issues with Jetpack recur, when I reinstall it, I will contact them.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
I am glad you found the culprit. Although we had never had any issue with both plugins being active in the same time.
Thank you for sharing your solution. Let us know if we can help you with any thing.Best regards!
