It looks like your cache is creating problems for you. Kindly just delete all your cache from browser and disable your cache plugin and try again to see if it works for you or not ?

Hey,
I have deleted all cache data. Both in WordPress and in the browser. Nevertheless the error is there.
I choose a standard theme. At least it shows me again the navigation with subitems.

Good morning,
after reading other forum entries there seems to be only the solution with the help of a VPN. Strato seems to block foreign IP addresses, I have tried it from different locations within Germany.
I hope you have VPN access, otherwise I read that there are free VPNs.
The website has been offline for so long now that I urgently need help. I hope we can fix this now.

It’s not possible for the hosting, I called them and they told me it’s your provider or the land where you come from.
I need support or have to switch the theme. In another theme it’s working without problems in the menu.

Where do you try to login from?
From germany, we have no problems, not anywhere. Strato (the provider) said again that the solution maybe is a vpn from another coutrie.

Sorry to mention we don’t use any such service by any means. Kindly just make sure your website is accessible even any where in the world. After all a website usually means for whole world not for a specific part. Even if your website is for limited area still make sure it works for us just for the support purposes.
