Hello – since the recent update, the state and country dropdowns in the cart page aren’t working.
Customers have lost the ability to search within the dropdown, eg. when selecting the state, they should be able to type in “was” and have it immediately take them to “Washington” to make their selection. Instead, it is forcing the user to scroll through the entire list of states/countries– which is very cumbersome, especially for mobile users.
I have tested the site, and the issue is with the theme – when I changed to another theme, the issue resolved. I have updated the credentials to the staging site in my user profile so you can take a look. Thank you.

Yes – it looks like it’s been fixed on the staging site. Can you give me the code/changes so I can make them on the live site?

edit your checkout page from wordpress dashboard.
delete all content and paste [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.

Azam – In the live site Checkout page there was no content for me to delete, and that page already had the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode in it. Just in case I deleted [woocommerce_checkout] and re-entered [woocommerce_checkout] and saved it. However, that didn’t work. Is there another step I need to do?

you should try
copying the content of css/woocommerce.css from staging and paste in you live site same file. -
Azam – unfortunately, this did not work either. I checked it on three different browsers, and I have also confirmed that the Woocommerce version on my staging site is the same as the version on my live site. Any other ideas?

please share the wp-admin details of live server and let us do that.

That works now – thank you so much! Is there something I need to fix/change permanently so this isn’t overwritten with the next theme update?
