Hi there!
I can’t get my main navigation to change color for different pages of our site. I’d like to switch between light and dark menu colors like in this demo: https://codeless.co/specular/agency2/ however, the light/dark option in the pages “page options” menu has no effect.
How do you make that work? Any help much appreciated!

Hello,
The light/dark menu is depended on the General Settings > Page Options & Style > Header Color Style , but also from the codeless slider chosen for that page. If the slider’s slides, have “Light Logo, menu..etc” selected in their Codeless Slide Options > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color, then the header during the display of that slide, will be the light version. No matter of the Page Options & Style option you have chosen.
If you send us your wp credentials in a private reply, i can set up some test pages for you to refer too.Best regards!

Alright, perfect, I get that. However, how about pages without Slider. On those the navigation-color should be set by the Header Color Style? (that doesn’t seem to work at the moment…)

Hello,
Yes, the navigation is set up by Page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style > Header Color Style. That does not have any issue on our side. Can you please send us your wp credentials in a private reply? So we can give it a closer look.
Best regards!

Hello,
You have no issues on your site.
The fact that you can not seem to change between dark and light versions, is due to both these versions have light logo set up for them and white menu font color.
Upload a dark logo and change your menu font color for the dark version in Header Options > Menu Options > Menu Item Typography. I set it to dark gray for now. You can see the difference in this page: https://wordpress.hqlabs.de/hq-simplified-business/
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi Mihaila,
thanks, I got it. I uploaded the dark logo – it’s displayed correctly. However, now the dark logo and dark text are also shown on the sticky nav on a dark backgound-color. The sticky nav needs to use the light logo and text to look good (check https://wordpress.hqlabs.de/ while scrolling to see what I mean).
Is that at all possible?
Really appreciate your help!

Hello,
By default the sticky header uses the dark version. If you want to change that, then add this code into your custom css box:
.sticky_header #logo img.light { display: block; visibility: visible;} .sticky_header #logo img.dark { display: none; visibility: hidden;} .sticky_header nav .menu > li > a {color: #f8f8f8;} .sticky_header .header_1 nav li.current-menu-item > a {color: #10b8c7;}
Best regards!
