Our dropdown menus are not working correctly. The developer working with us on the site said it due to a theme issue. What do I need to provide to have someone look into this problem? The site is on emergencyequipment.us

Hello,
Did you install any new plugin lately? I suggest you deactivate all third party plugins first and then check again. If the issue is gone, start activating the plugins one at a time to find the conflicting one.
PS: Your support time has expired. To keep getting support, please buy additional support time in theme’s profile in Themeforest.
Best regards!

I have de-activated all plugins, and I made sure your theme was up-to-date. The theme still will not display the drop-down menus. For example, on the main navbar menu, “Apparatus” has a drop-down that should appear when hovered over, but it doesn’t work.

Hello,
DO you use any caching or minify plugin in the server? Sometimes When minify is enabled, the dropdown menu no longer work. That’s because the js files responsive for it should not get minified.
Can you please check with your host and let us know?Best regards!

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I’ve disabled every plugin. And this problem is for desktop, not mobile. Could you please login and take a look?

Hello,
I added this code into your Custom Css box in General Options:
.menu-item { overflow: visible !important; }
The sub-menu is showing now. This was an auto-generated code that was stopping the sub-menu to show. Please be careful with the additional code you add in theme so that it won’t conflict with the default settings.
Best regards!
