Hi,
Maybe I’m missing something but every time I add elements to a new Page, I get a huge gap between my header and the actual content. Could you please tell me how to solve this issue?
See screenshot here:

Hello,
Have you set padding values at inner page content at general options? See here. The white space may be due to the paddings. You can also check the visual composer row top padding, where the element is added.
Let us know if the issue persist.Best regards!

Hi Kris,
Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Padding values in General Options are at 85px and Visual Composer row top padding field was blank, tried adding some low value like 5px but nothing happened.
What else could be? Thanks again!

Hello,
Apologies, I created the user but forgot to add it to the corresponding fields here.
Now it should be fine.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks.

Hello,
As my colleague previously advised you, i set the inner padding to 0 (it was 85px) and now the gap is significantly reduced. Please check your site. Let us know if you need further help.
Best regards!

Hello,
Many thanks for pointing that again, but unfortunately, that’s not the issue. The big huge gap still remains (see screenshot on 1st post). For seeing what I’m walking about, on the WP Admin Panel, go to Pages and open the one named “Codeless Support – See here”.
Thanks!

Hello,
This is not caused from row settings or theme options, but is due to the video you have in this page. Please see screenshot. I added this code into the page’s custom css box:
.wpb_video_widget .wpb_video_wrapper { padding-top: 0 !important; }
It’s ok now.
Best regards!
