Hi!
How can I specify the active color of the light version header? At the moment the selected menu item is not displayed as active (color stays the same).
Thanks!

Hello,
What kind of site do you have? Normal or One page? Please send us a link of it so we can give it a closer look, to understand the situation.
Best regards!

Hi!
Normal.
Example: https://www.blattspiel.at/wordpress/kontakt/
The active menu item (“Kontakt”) looks the same as all other menu items. Only if I scroll down and the header changes, the menu item color changes.
Thanks.

Hello,
Please add this code into your custom css box:
.header_1 nav li.current-menu-item > a {color: #dd9933 !important;}
Let us know.
Best regards!

Unfortunately, this does not fix it.
Still all menu items have the same color: https://www.blattspiel.at/wordpress/kontakt/

Hi,
I’ve added the information. Please note that I use the child theme. Please let me know what you have changed that I’m able to change it too on future changes/updates.
Thank you!

Hello,
In Specular theme’s style.css file, i removed the
!important
of the white color from this row:.background--dark nav .menu > li > a, .background--dark header#header .header_tools .vert_mid > a, .background--dark header#header .header_tools .vert_mid .cart .cart_icon, .background--dark .slicknav_btn:after { color:#fff; }
It was preventing the custom css to take effect. It’s ok now. Please check your site.
Best regards!

Hello,
I can’t tell by now if it will be included in the next update, but all you need to do is find the lines above and if you see this:
color:#fff !important;
edit it to this:color:#fff;
That’s it.
Best regards!

Thanks for this information.
The active menu color is the primary color of the website. Can i change this for only the menu?
-
Hello,
@MerijndeSteur,
Yes you can do that. Just add this code into your custom css box:.header_1 nav li.current-menu-item > a { color: #10b8c7 !important; }
Change the color to your wish.
Best regards!
