Helooooo
Just bout to launch my site. You guys have a great product and your support has been fantastic. One last problem and I’m hoping its easy. I have ONE Page in sections. However when I click on BLOG (which is another page), the only menu item that works is to go back to home page. In other words once I go to a new page (like Blog) the remaining menu options that go to different sections in one page doesn’t work. Everything does work unless I go to a new page. Thank you again. Marsha

Hello,
This happens because you have set dynamic links in your menu item.
That means, if you set the menu item link to point to a section of the page, you have to be in that page for the generated url to be correct. To fix this change the links in your menu from this structure:#menu-id
to this:https://yoursite.com/#menu-id
Let us know.
Best regards!

Hi Mihaila…I’m trying to reconcile with Envato that I have already paid for extended support for your product. If I don’t hear anything today I’ll just rebuy it…because I really do need help by tomorrow. It is in regard to the post above about one-page and section ID. I had everything working then mistakenly deleted my menu system. In rebuilding I can’ get it to work…I think I’m following what you said. You absolute address and turn off one page. Something else is going on or I’m forgetting to do one step. Could you take a look at my site? Thank you, Marsha

Hello,
Don’t worry regarding the support status. We already explained in the private emails. We will try to fix this asap, but in the mean time you have full support so please do not hesitate to contact us for anything.
I am checking our your site now. I will reply back when i am finished revising it.
Best regards!

The credentials are correct. But just in case I logged out of everything and recreated the same password. Then logged back in with the credentials. Please try again. Not sure what could be going on. Sorry for duplicate emails…I think I got a little desperate thinking that my support license issues was causing me not to hear from anyone. I’ll communicate just directly through this. Thanks much again.

I also just put up the menu 2 which as absolute addresses and one page turned off. Not working. So..something else has changed and it isn’t obvious to me. Thank you again

Hello,
I currently fixed all menu links. They do link to the right section. What i did is to add the “Row ID” and set the type to “Fullwidth background“. Check one of the section’s Row Settings to see the changes.
I see you have only section links in your menu now. Not external links like before (blog page). if you intend to keep it this way, then there is no reason to not check the “One page” option and use the page as a one page with all it’s features (such as smooth scrolling).
Let us know if you need further help.Best regards!

Thank you Mihaila. Again I appreciate all the support.
Yes I would prefer to use ONE Page. But I have inserted Blog carousel that only list the titles. When user clicks on titles it takes them to a post. When I use One Page I can’t get back to any of the menus except the home page. Is there a way around this? I would prefer because when I looked at this fix this morning all the menus are orange with line permanently above each menu title. The way it should work and does in one page, is the menus are turquoise color text, when you pass over them with the mouse they should turn orange with the line above. Did something change on the template side that has this not working as it did originally? Thanks again.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
No, sorry there isn’t another way around for this. Actually this is already a workaround as this is not the default one page structure and yet, you are able to use both versions.
The menu items are all in orange color because that’s the color you set up for the active links. And since all tabs are pointing to the page that is currently active (if the One page feature was active, this would not happen), then all will be ‘active‘.I see you have enabled already the One page, screenshot.
Let us know if you need further help.Best regards!
