Sorry!!!!
We have the following problem:
We are using the Website as a Onepage and have problems with the linking to individual sections. Once the links have been clicked, the site never scrolls to the point that we designated as Extra Class.
The links should work as follows:
Video -> Begin of section „How does ….. work?“
Features -> Begin of section „ The Tech-Solution for Productized-Consulting-As-A-Service”
Benefits -> Begin of section “Value Proposition for Consultants”
Consulting 4.0 -> Begin of “Promise of Effect”I assume the bug occurs through the usage of the Sticky Nav.

Hello,
the sticky nav does not have any issue with one page menu so it can not be the reason. Most probably you did not set up the right links in the menu. I asked the credentials in your other topic. I will give a look to this too after i am able to login.
Best regards!

Hello,
The one page menu links are working as they should. There is no problem here. I assume you are referring to the fact that the header overlaps with the section title. For that you only need to add some padding. Please read this topic regarding it.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hello,
I commented out the additional line (this line:
var topposition = offset - 70;
) in your js/jquery.onepage.js file, and instead i added this code into your custom css box:
.sticky_active .wpb_row {padding-top: 151px !important;}
Please check your site.Best regards!

Hello,
It is still not functioning properly. It should jump to the beginning of the section.
Additionally, it doesn’t display properly since the recent changes. A padding has been created with every element. For example, this happened at the Video section title at the beginning of the section as well as with every element.
Thanks,
Deniz

hj,
It has gotten a lot better, however, I had a few more requests:
Could you please tell me what exactly you changed so that, in case of any other realignments, I could fix it.
One can only click on Video once. For example, I click on Feature and scroll up to the Navigation and click on Video again but it doesn’t function anymore. All the other links are functioning without problems.
When clicking FEATURES, BENEFITS or CONSULTING 4.0 you can unfortunately still see some of the section from above. Is it possible to shift it down a little to avoid that?
Thank you very much,
-
Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
I edited the value of top position and the above section is not visible any more. To change it further to your wish, just go to file js/jquery.onepage.js and find this line:
var topposition = offset - 250;
edit the value to your wish.Best regards!

Friendly Reminder!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, There still remains the problem that the link video only once clickable. -
-
the Visual Composer is yet up to date, but the Problem was still there.
-
Just tested it again in your website with various browsers and the video can be clicked many times without problem. I think that you can have an outdated browser version.
Please make an update to your browser and test it again.
Thanks

Hello Ruco,
Thank you for your response. Of course I use the latest update of Internet Explorer, Edge. Chrome and Firefox. The problem can be found in all of these browsers. Even your support colleagues have seen the problem. Please click on one of the Points on the Menu, then scroll up and click on Video. You should see the problem then.
Thank you,

Hello,
I can see it now.
Please try this solution. Edit the file ‘js/main.js’
Find the function:
function codelessOnePage(){ "use strict"; if(window.location.hash) { $('nav .menu li a:not([href="'+window.location+'"])').parent().removeClass('current-menu-item'); } else { // Fragment doesn't exist } $('nav .menu').onePageNav({ currentClass: 'current-menu-item', changeHash: false, scrollSpeed: 750, scrollThreshold: 0.5, }); }
Replace it with:
function codelessOnePage(){ "use strict"; if(window.location.hash) { $('nav .menu li a:not([href="'+window.location+'"])').parent().removeClass('current-menu-item'); } else { // Fragment doesn't exist } $('nav .menu').onePageNav({ currentClass: 'current-menu-item', changeHash: true, scrollSpeed: 750, scrollThreshold: 0.5, scrollChange: function($currentListItem) { $('nav .menu li a').parent().removeClass('current-menu-item'); } }); }
let us know.
Best regards!

At least it can now be clicked again. However, when you click on video and scroll back up to the Menu, then Video is still activated. Hopefully that helps narrow down the problem. Unfortunately, there is a new problem with the new code entries. When clicking on the Menu it always scrolls too far down. Please look at the screenshots to see what I mean. </span></span></p>
