When I have a page with a static image header set under Edit Page > General Settings > Page Header Options, where can I set the color and transparency of the overlay? I somehow have some pages which have no overlay and some which do, and for those which do have the overlay, I want to set the opacity to about 50%.

Hello,
Here you can set the transparency of the overlay bg https://www.clipular.com/c/5126806015311872.png?k=uaddMRWNpxh3uSpSHMxLis0qdn4
Slide the transparency bar to the middle.
Let us know if you need further support.Best regards!

I think there must be a setting elsewhere.
On this page, I have a header image with an overlay at 75% opaque: https://www.bungalowhouse.net/features/ (no idea how it was set – I modified a page that was part of demo content)
I changed the bg opacity as you said, but it had no effect on the overlay opacity on that page.
On this page, the header has no overlay: https://www.bungalowhouse.net/about/
How do I get the overlay on pages without them and where do I control that color and opacity on a per-page basis?

Hello,
Sorry, you can change the overlay bg of the page header at Pages -> Page header section https://www.clipular.com/c/5692955518042112.png?k=XtfBzK5ShiZNoQfu-KGscUp294Q
Select here the color. the opacity can’t be changed, we will add it in the next theme update.
Best regards!
