I have recently completed our desktop site, but when I preview the mobile the site is unresponsive. I have searched the forum for ways to change the width of the mobile version and have been unable to solve it.
How do we change the width for mobile so the information is displayed the same as the desktop version and and not stack on top of one another? Also, our codeless slider is unresponsive in mobile.
Here is our site here: https://entrustresourcesolutions.com
is there a way to give you admin rights to solve these issues as I am unhappy we have paid for a theme for it to look the way it does in mobile and iPad formats?
thanks!

Hello,
Specular is a responsive theme. You do not need to make any changes for mobile or ipad. Just make sure to have set ON the option to make it responsive. Go to Specular > General > Responsive Layout, set it ON.
Clear cache and refresh pages.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi there,
The responsive layout is turned on and the responsive design does not look great on our end. We want it to be wider to show all the information in the same way as the desktop version.
Also, our codeless banner is not responsive in the mobile version.
How do we alter the width of the mobile display?

Hello,
Do you want to customize the responsive design? Or does it look in mobile the same as in desktop? If it’s the first option, then i suggest you hire a designer to change it to your wish. Alter the style using custom css. Add the code into your Custom css box in General Options.
If it’s the second, then it’s an issue we are bound to solve. Can you post a link to your site? So we can check closer.Best regards!

Thank you for your reply,
Here is a link to our site: https://entrustresourcesolutions.com/
When the responisive layout is either on or off it displays the same. Which makes me feel there is something wrong with the theme. The main issue being is the images don’t resize and take up the full mobile screen.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
thanks

Hello,
The responsive is correct. To fix the images in mobile, please add this css:
@media (max-width: 979px){ .row-dynamic-el .media .type_image.alignment_center { width: 100px !important; left: 50% !important; margin-left: -50px !important; }}
