Hello,
We have ran into an issue on mobile, when viewing the animated counter. The animated odometer numbers don’t spin until after the user scrolls past them. It works fine on desktop tho. Here is the example of issue: https://www.smartdrive.net/platform
Would you mind taking a look and let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
You have many third party plugins installed that can affect theme scripts. Please deactivate all of them first. Clear cache and try again.
Let us know if the delay persists after this.Best regards!

Hello,
I have disabled all the plugins except WPBakery Page Builder, cleared cache and checked it on mobile. The animation is still delayed. Any ideas? or Is there a way we can turn animation off only on mobile, so it just shows the static numbers? Let us know, thanks in advance.
Thanks!

Hello,
Please try this css:
@media screen and (max-width: 768px){ div.animate_onoffset { -webkit-animation-duration: none; animation-duration: none; -webkit-animation-fill-mode: none; animation-fill-mode: none; }}
Let us know.
Best regards!

Hello,
I tried it, but the animation is still spinning. Could you please double check?
<div class=”count_to animate_onoffset”>
<div class=”odometer odometer-theme-minimal” data-number=”50″ data-duration=”2000″> I see that the data-number and data-duration is in html. Not sure if it has something to do with it. Let us know. Thanks in advance.
Thanks!

Hello,
Just to follow up on this, I tried adding your css but the animation is still spinning. Is there another way or css to make the number static on mobile. Thanks in advance.
Thanks!
