Hi there,
since this morning I’m getting this error on all my pages (except the main page). I did not have the error Monday while working on the page.
Please offer a solution for the problem:

Additional information: As I couldn’t even log into my WordPress instance anymore I called my host who told me that the error is produced by the theme. They deactiviated the theme. Now I can log in, but can’t use the theme. My entire page is basically not working anymore as it was created with Tower.
Two screenshots for you to see the problem:
Please offer a solution.

Hello,
What theme version are you running? What wordpress version? Please make sure to have the latest theme version and then update all it’s included plugins.
If the situation persists, send us some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.
Best regards!

Hi Mihaila,
I am running WordPress Version 5.0.2 and Tower Version 2.8.
However, I found the mistake: The problem was caused by the Plugin NextGenGallery. I updated the plugin yesterday and that seems to have caused the issue. After deactivating the plugin everything went back to normal.
I will work on the page today. If the problem re-appears, I’ll get in touch.
Thanks for keeping an eye on this.
Cheers,
Kim

Hello,
We are here to help you but the NextGenGallery is an third-party plugin.
Anyway let us know.

Hi Ruco,
yeah, that’s all good. I contacted you guys, because I didn’t know it was the NextGen Plugin at first.
After deleting the Plugin, everything went back to normal.
Thanks!
