On our theme, it says specular/woocommerce/single-product/related.php version 3.0.0 is out of date.
do you have this file so we can update it? We’re experiencing issues on mobile w/ PayPal not being able to be triggered.

It’s the “Proceed to PayPal” button that isn’t working on iOS. And when we switch to the Default theme, it does work.

Hello,
There are different reasons that can cause such issues like third party plugins not compatible with themes.
Anyway, I have to check your online link with wp credentials (private reply) to identify the issue and going to fix it.
You can also try to replace the old WooCommerce files of the themes with the new updated one you can find here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce.
I doubt that this will fix your issues.

I just tested it again and work like a charm. Please can you try to change the internet provider?
Or you talking for logged-in users? Because I tested with a guest user and it goes to PayPal for payment without any problem.

We’re logged out trying it, and it doesn’t work still. You click and it just does nothing. Customers won’t be logging in as a user on the website to buy these items.

Doesn’t even go there. But when we test in the default WordPress theme (Deactivating Specular) it does work.

Hello,
There is only a way to find out which is the cause. You have to disable all the plugins that don’t come with the theme by default one by one.
Also, I recommend disabling the Elemetor plugin too.
One of these plugins for sure creates this issue.
Anyway, I can’t replicate the issue at my side and this makes the problem difficult to debug.

Hello,
We deactivated all plugins WITH Specular still active, and it still didn’t work. Then we reactivated all plugins and switch to the default WP theme and it DID work.
Must be something wrong with that template file. Are you able to see if we’re running a different version of Specular than you are?

Which version of theme you are using ? Also note our new update is almost ready and it will be live soon as well. Until you provide details which version you are using and what is the php version you are using ?

You are using an older version of theme as current stable version is v3.3
Kindly, update theme to latest version and then try again if it resolves your issue. Also note, you should update theme by following all standard theme update steps to avoid any loss of your data/content.
