Thank you for purchasing one of our premium themes. In order that you get the most out of our support forum and make your experience better, we’d like to advise you to read through the support policy on this page.

Before asking questions

Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you have read the file documentation which came packaged with your download. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.

Additionally, you may also use the search feature on our Forum to look up for possibly similar questions that you have in mind.

What we support

Support covers getting setup, using features and general bugs/issues with our themes/plugins. If you require helps that are not within this scope, such as on how to use default WordPress functionality itself then we’d likely redirect you to external articles or support forums instead.

Customizations and 3rd Party Plugins

Support does not cover customizations and 3rd party plugins unless otherwise explicitly stated in the item description or documentation.

Support time

We are doing our best to answer your questions asap.
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (UTC +1:00).

Please note that while we always strive to answer your questions as soon as humanly possible, sometimes we are not able to do so for whatever reasons and we ask you to be patient during these times.

Supporting your items includes:

Responding to questions or problems regarding your item and its features

Fixing bugs and reported issues

Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions

Item support does NOT include:

Customization and installation services

Support for third party software and plug-ins
