I have tried a variety of methods, but I can’t seem to get the responsive menu to kick in on an iPad Air. I have flipped through your support threads, tried decreasing the padding/margins, tried the code you suggested, and tried modifying the CSS widths for actions. I’d prefer that if a user is viewing it horizontally that the whole menu appears and if they’re viewing it vertically on an iPad that the responsive “hamburger” menu appears.

Hello,
Please try this code:
@media (min-width: 979) and (max-width: 1225px){ #logo img { height: 38px; margin-top: -20px; } }
This is how it should look:

That didn’t work. It doesn’t change the image size and offsets the top down. I did add “px” after 979 and that didn’t resolve the issue either.

Hello,
Please edit the above code to this:
@media (min-width: 979px) and (max-width: 1225px){ #logo img { height: 38px !important; margin-top: -20px !important; } }
Adding the !important will make it overwrite any other code that is preventing the change.
Best regards!
