Hey for some reason the main menu doesn’t line up properly as it does in Chrome. Can you fix this please
https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com
I’ll send the log below.

-
Hello,
Where is it not lining properly? Which browser are you referring to? What device?
Best regards!
-
Hi my fav support girl!
It’s for this site in Safari & also in chrome on an ipad horzontaly – https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com
We are close to launching have a few mobile/responsive stuff for you to look at please.
1. Main Page – The three circles are not aligned properly. Specifically the “Search” circle is not aligned. If you view on an ipad vertically you will see the spacing difference.
2. Our Team Page – Katherine Vanderberg & Anne Miller titles not aligned properly.
<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>3. On my iphone there are double lines randomly between different profiles, when I look in the builder I only see 1 line added.</span></p>
<p class=”p1″>4. Career Transition & Outplacement Main Page – can you make the orange boxes the same width please.</p>
<p class=”p1″>5. Career Transition & Outplacement “Our Differentiators” – bullets are not ordered properly, order changed from how they are on a non-mobile site</p>
<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>6. When you click on “Read More” at the end of peoples profiles, the “read more” for Corey, Ron, David, Anne, Gord, & Cindy have misalignment of bios</span></p>
<p class=”p1″>THANK YOU!!!!!</p> -
Hello,
-For the horizontal ipad layout, please add this code into your custom css box:
@media (min-width: 979px) and (max-width: 1024px){ header#header #navigation { height: 50% !important;} }
1-Main page’s circles in vertical ipad, i removed the padding from the “search” circle and added this code instead:
.orange.wpb_column.vc_column_container.vc_col-sm-4 { width: 30%; }
2-The aligning has no issue. It’s the names that are to long to fit in one line.
3-You have the element “Codeless Separator” added in your team page. Since the responsive mode follows the flow from left to right, it will eventually display the separators one after another.
I added this code in the page’s custom css box:@media (max-width: 480px) { .codeless_separator { display: none; }}
to hide them only in mobile.
4-This is not possible. The element that has the background is not the button but the
<a>
tag. Which is depended from the length of the text in it. So due to the titles being different, sol will be the width.5-I don’t see any major change from the ipad view (screenshot) to the default (screenshot), except from the normal one’s a screen change would make. Can you please be more specific?
6-Can you please explain better? In what layout is this happening? What exactly do you want it as? You can change the text positioning using custom css.
Best regards!

Thanks so much for you help, the main menu is still dropping below the slider in Safari can you have a look please and check FireFox or any other browsers. Hoping to launch the site this weekend, I know you don’t work on weekend :) so if we can get the Safari issue fixed ASAP that would be great.
Getting clarity on #6
-
Hey on an ipad horizontal the logo is getting cut of by just a bit can you adjust that too please.
Thanks!
-
I also changed the home page since it wasn’t lining up right on iphone and gallexy
I took out all your custom css from the page and just put in 3 circle images but when I look at them on my phone the orange one is very small.
Here is your custom css if you need to use any of it:
.custom_row_bg {background-size: cover;}
#content { margin-top: -35px;}
.light_blue .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper {
background-color: #8cbbcc;
}
.light_blue .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper:hover {
background-color: #fff !important;
}
.orange .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper {
background-color: #DC7226;
}
.orange .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper:hover {
background-color: #fff !important;
}
.blue .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper {
background-color: #003157;
}
.blue .services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper:hover {
background-color: #fff !important;
}
.services_medium.style_3:hover .icon_wrapper {
border: 2px solid rgba(228, 112, 29, 0.03) !important
}
/*.services_medium.style_3 .icon_wrapper:hover {
pointer-events: none !important;
}*/

Thanks so much
-
Hello,
I added this code into your custom css box:
@media (max-width: 480px){ img.alignnone.size-full.wp-image-3347 { width: 157px !important; height: 159px !important; padding-left: 40px; max-width: none; }}
Please check your site.
Note: Please keep in mind that these are customizations not included in support service. As they are part of your own configurations.
Best regards!

Thanks Mihaila I’m very grateful for your help this is a big client for me and want to get it right.
The menu in Safari is still not in the right place. I know you have fixed it on other sites for me so will log into those to see if I can do it myself. Is it something I adjust in page header options? The menu is fine in Chrome & Firefox so don’t want to mess it up by making the wrong change.
Really want to launch this site tomorrow so if you have time to check back on me before the end of your day that would be great. :)
-
So sorry to be asking so much – here is a screen shot of how the menu and subheaders look in Safari they don’t line up the same as in Chrome & FireFox. (which are perfect)
https://www.nicolekay.com/Safari.png
-
ipad landscape in safari, chrome & firefox are still not resolved.
I guess I was trying to fix it myself in desperation, will see if I can figure it out myself
Please don’t hate me ;(
I promise to leave you alone after this.
-
Hey I think I know what happened, I had the Tower options page open at the same time you were putting in your custom css for the menu and submenu issues, and then I tried to make some changes myself without refreshing and saving the Tower options.
Can send me that css to fix the menu and submenus so they line up nicely then we should be good to go.
Again so sorry

Hello,
Can you please explain better what is not ok in ipad landscape? I added this block of code for that layout:
@media (min-width: 979px) and (max-width: 1024px){ header#header #navigation { height: 50% !important;} nav .menu>li>a { top: 15% !important;} .header_button { top: 30% !important;} nav .menu { margin-top: 37px !important;} #logo { margin-left: -50px !important; } }
It was build to fit the sticky header too. I see you do not have sticky header anymore. i edited this back to the current situation. Result screenshot. Is it not what you wanted?
2-I added this code for the safary layout only:
@media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:0) { /* Safari only override */ ::i-block-chrome, header#header #navigation { float: left !important; height: 100% !important; margin-top: -50px !important; }}
Result screenshot.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi Mihaila
1. On ipad in landscape in Safari, firefox & Chrome – the menu is showing up on the the blue background where the circles are. – All is perfect in portrait
2. On computers Chrome & firefox is good – although i wouldn’t mind moving the main menu down just a bit for better line up.
3. Safari the menu is shifted over to right see screen shot – https://www.nicolekay.com/Safari2.png
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.
I’m reviewing the site this afternoon with my client so might have a few minor things for you tomorrow morning. Wishing you a lovely day
-
If you can make all browsers look like your screen shot below that would be AWESOME
-
Just did a site review and have a few questions.
I know some of this might be above an beyond what you are supposed to do in support so if I need to pay a bit let me know. I do own 6 licenses for TOWER and sing your praises all the time:) Happy to write a review on any site and always give you 5 stars!
1. on this page https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/coaching-leadership-development-2/. & https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/our-style/ How do i control the size of the circle arrow icons on a phone, they are being enlarged so become fuzzy – tell me what to do so I can learn:)
2. on this page https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/national-global-support/. You will see there are 2 columns on National Support & Global Support. On a phone both the titles are at the top so you can’t see what countries go with which title… is there a better way for me to do this? Give me directions and I can do it myself.
3. on this page on a phone https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/coaching-engagem…xpected-outcomes/
I see there are options for Responsive can you help me to understand what to do to there so the content under “Common Engagement include” looks similar to the wordpress page.
4. on this page on a phone https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/our-team-2/ Katherine V title & name break down below her picture, I’ve tried to fix it but it’s on working.

Hello,
1. Add this code to your custom CSS box for this page:
@media (max-width: 480px) { .wpb_content_element.media.media_el.animate_onoffset.margin_normal img.type_image.media_animation.animation_left.alignment_center { width: 36% !important; margin-left: 91px !important; } }
and this for this page:
@media (max-width: 480px) { .wpb_content_element.media.media_el.animate_onoffset.margin_normal img.type_image.media_animation.animation_top.alignment_center { width: 37% !important; margin-left: 91px !important; } }
2. Send us your credentials to give it a closer look and see if we can organize the rows in another way, for the columns to be displayed correctly.
3. This is what i get when i open this page: see screenshot.
4. Add this code to your page CSS box:@media (max-width: 480px) { .wpb_text_column.wpb_content_element h3 { width: 107%; } }
#- Do you still need help for the navigation bar issues on responsive?
Thank you so much for appreciating our theme and our support work.
We are here to help you anytime.
:)Best regards!

Hi Kris
Yes re your offer to check/fix the menu and submenu line ups in all browsers. I see the submenu is slightly off would love the orange line of the submenu to line up with the line of the background. And the menu lining up in line with the logo like this https://share.pho.to/AKjaH
-
Hello,
1. Fixed it, please check your page.
2. This happens because you have 2 text blocks in a row and 4 other text block in another inner row. Both of the rows are the inner rows of the first row you created. So the National Support text shows up first followed by the other text block OI Global Partners Locations (because they are in the same row) and then the other text blocks show up ordered. I created a test page (see here) with an alternative row organization, that show the text blocks the way you want in responsive. But first you should create a new row on your page, and than create the other rows the way i did.
3. The same thing happens even on this page. The icons are shown that way because of the row organization. Try to set them on another way.# For the submenu and submenu orange line to be shown above the background, add this code to the custom CSS box:
@media (max-width: 1100px) and (min-width: 981px) { ul.sub-menu.non_mega_menu { top: 40px !important; } }
Let us know.
Best regards!
-
Hey Kris I put in the css you have above but it didn’t move the submenu orange line down in line with the top of the blue header… more like this page – https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/ourstory/ but it still needs to be shifted down a bit so the orange line is not above the top of the header background.
Thanks for you help with this page – https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/national-global/
I think this is the final page that needs help https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/coaching-engagements-expected-outcomes/ I’ve tried to do it like the test page you did for national global but I can’t seem to move my custom blocks up is that not possible?
-
OMG I think I got it with the page above, I’m following your lead and working on a test page :)
-
Hello,
I commented this code:
@media (max-width: 1100px) and (min-width: 981px) { ul.sub-menu.non_mega_menu { top: 40px !important; } }
from the general CSS box and added a similar one to this page to fix the submenu orange line. Please check your site. Is that what you wanted?
Glad to hear that you are resolving the other issue.
Thank you for letting us know.Best regards!
-
Hi Kris
I would like it to line up like this https://nicolekay.com/likethis.jpg
Right now it looks like this https://nicolekay.com/notthis.jpg but maybe that’s not possible due to different browsers.
Thanks again for all your great help!
-
Hello,
We are seeing these issues further. You will be updated as soon as we resolve them.
Best regards!
-
OMG thank you re above browser issues – you are amazing!
Almost ready to launch the site, have a few minor thing to ask:
1. I don’t want to have any comments at all on the blog, is that possible?
2. On this page https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/coaching-engagements-expected-outcomes-2/ the coloured boxes on the right look perfect on a computer but on a phone they have a white break on some of them, I’m fine with them stacking with no white break or a white break is fine as long as it’s consistent.
3. On this page https://89f.6fc.myftpupload.com/coaching-leadership-development-2/ I have some orange boxes on the right, the text on the boxes is white but I can’t see how to control the rollover which is showing up as orange. I wouldn’t mind changing it to this #003157
-
Hello,
1-Please add this code into your custom css box:
.single-post #comments { display: none;} .single-post div#respond { display: none;}
2-Add this code:
@media (max-width: 767px){ .vc_row.vc_row-o-equal-height>.vc_column_container { margin-bottom: 3px !important; }}
3-Add this code:
.wpb_text_column.wpb_content_element a:hover { color: #003157;}
PS: Please limit to ask for issues related to theme and not styling customizations. As much as we would like to help you, these customizations take time and are not part of support service.
Thank you for understanding.Best regards!
