When the item is aligned with all main menu the link is functions, however as we shift it to create a sub-menu, it changes to Mega Menu Column, and in non clickable on the front end.

Just go back to Appearance > Menus and uncheck the “Set as mega menu” box. Save changes again.

Sometimes happens that after you save changes in the menu, in Appearance > Menus, the items gat assigned as mega menu items. In such cases, just go back to menu and uncheck the “Check if you want to use this item as megamenu” box. Save again.
That’s what happened to you too this time. I unchecked the “Check if you want to use this item as megamenu” and the menu is ok now. Please check your site.

Sorry to come back on this issue, however, currently as we see the dropdown menu is functional. It was until some time ago, however currently even if the items are aligned at the backend, no changes have been made yet to the menu, still, the dropdown menu is not functional. Please help.
